Santa Monica Pier Scene with Figures

 In 1982 a storm swept away the protective breakwater and in 1983 two severe storms destroyed about a third of the pier. The fishing deck at the end of the pier vanished.

John Moran Auctioneers in Monrovia, California offered this painting of Dick’s for sale in 2018.
