Dock Scene In Dark Tonal Colors

I have had this work in my possession for a long time. A dock scene in dark tonal colors. It is an early work done in pallet knife. Bright splashes of color give and aggressive application of paint give excitement to the sails and fishing boat. There is the hint of tall building in the background. The location again could be San Pedro Harbor.
